Grand Bohemian Hotel Orlando,Cameron & Taylor, Wedding

Cameron & Taylors advice to other couples is to basically do your own thing! They had 16 people in attendance at their ceremony and also no bridal party. In the evening later we (downtown Orlando wedding photographers) joined Cameron & Taylor for a 90 person cocktail hour reception. Cameron & Taylor really just wanted to beat to the rhythm of their own drum.
I (Jakayla) arrived at the Grand Bohemian to capture Taylors getting ready, when I arrived she was already dressed! She wanted to remain true to herself and just get simple pictures with her mom and two close friends. Taylors getting ready pictures were captured & then it was time to get the ceremony done. We arrived to the church to find Cameron just giddy with excitement, his eyes sparked when he realized his wife was in her wedding dress and ready to marry him!
Cameron & Taylor immediately fell into a tight embrace after being announced officially husband and wife. For the first time ever we had a wedding party so small everyone got in a group picture! We enjoyed laughs & giggles while taking the formals ( formal pictures are family pictures, group shots etc.). That closeness was instated because of the small wedding party all just sharing love and having that tight knit closeness.
We love the fact that Taylor & cameron decided to go against the grain and do what their heart wanted. We always promote to our clients that we just want you to be yourselves, screw what the norms are! If you are not a big wedding person, don’t have one. Its your day to plan as you want. Everyone is different and we should always encourage others to stay true to themselves.
